I previously shared the below blog last June. I working hard on following the positive thoughts cycle however over the year with different troubles and struggles coming my way I gradually stopped using the thoughts, feelings and actions cycle and completely forgot about it. Recently I came across the idea again and ever since I’ve been trying to follow this positive cycle daily again even if its just in a small way. It really is a brilliant tool to use and lifts your mood rapidly.
The power of positive thinking is amazing! A few years ago I was introduced to the thoughts, feelings and actions cycle. This is the idea that our thoughts create our feelings which in turn influence our actions therefore reinforcing our thoughts. A positive/negative thought leads to you feeling happy/sad which has an effect on the way you act. Personally using this idea has made a huge difference to my life. Basically thinking positively leads to positive results while thinking negatively leads to negative results. Try it out, replace your negatives with positives and see what happens 🌟🌟🌟
