Work to a plan not a feeling βœ¨

I had a bit of wobble on Friday, felt overwhelmed and low. I had a night out planned on the Saturday and really didn’t feel like going anymore. Come Saturday though i remembered my CBT skills of working to a plan not a feeling (I’ve previously wrote a post with more details on this CBT skill Β Break the cycle!!Β ) so I picked myself back up, slapped on some makeup, curled my hair and went to my first gig “the coral” …… I let my hair down, danced my feet off and had a right laugh. It was a brilliant night!

It’s ok to have a wobble but it’s important to pick yourself back up and carry on fighting πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
